Currently working on house 1 and house 3 simultaneously.

House 1: will be a 4 bedroom house once finished.
Alterations to the existing house include creating an open plan kitchen/living room, upgrading of the bathroom & toilet, and replacing all the old ceilings throughout the house.
Additions include a master bedroom with en suite bathroom and dressing room. Also the addition of a braai room and garage.

House 3: is an older 4 bedroom house.
Alterations include creating an open plan living/braai room, repair work on wooden flooring and wooden beams and ceilings.
Additions include a new kitchen, pantry, wash room, en suite bathroom and a double garage.
