We started a new project in April of this year.
The original house was demolished and a new one in its place. The old garage was kept.
The house is a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom, open plan kitchen/dining/living/braai area, with a cantilever deck covering the outside entertainment area.

House is 376 meters squared
Porch front & back including outside braai area is 122 meters squared
Garage & store room is 105 meters squared
