Matroozefontein Farm is located in the heart of the Sandveld near the towns of Piketberg, Redelinghuys and Elands Bay in the Western Cape Province of South Africa.
Phase 1 was completed prior to 2019, also by Boland Bouers.
Phase 2 Start date: 13 May 2019
End date: 01 November 2019
The project was a combination of the following:

Office Building
– ±370m²
– Offices/Meeting room/Strong room/Bathrooms
Canteen
– ±690m² Double Volume (345m² ground floor, 345m² first floor)
– Locker room/Bathrooms/Laundry room/Canteen
Septic Tank & Reedbed
– ±1600m² Reedbed construction/Pond lining, that overflows to a large septic tank
Hard-Stands
– Various Hard-stands for generators/storage/parking etc
Pumping Station
– ±90m² Pumping station
Guard House
– ±15m² Guard House with ablution
Paving:
– Parking Lot and Entrance road paving: ±6100m² Paving (Including all ground works/kerbs etc)
