On the 10th July 2019, a devastating explosion wiped out the original TM Centre, burning all the tenants businesses to the ground.
One year later, on the 20th July 2020, demolition and removal of the debris began.
Boland Bouers started rebuilding on 3rd August 2020 and handover of the new replacement building was 15 December 2020.
